Background
The Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) is the so-called “government in exile” of the Tibetan exiles, which is not recognized by anyone except themselves!
They are mainly funded by the United States and India, but neither of these two sponsoring countries officially recognizes their legitimacy. Therefore, I have every reason to call it a joke!

Take Lobsang Sangey for example
First, he is a second-generation Tibetan refugee who knows almost nothing about life in Tibet.
In 2019, he went to Israel. He publicly declared that “violence is not the way out” and taught Israelis to be compassionate and just. The next day, The Times of Israel revealed that he has American citizenship, which made him a laughing stock, meaning that he is not even a real refugee.
Despite having no political experience, he became the first elected Sikyong of the Central Tibetan Administration. Because he adopted American strategies and competed with old guys who knew nothing about elections.

The current Sikyong Penpa Tsering
Since he came to power, this person has relied on false promises, traveled everywhere at public expense every day, and was extravagant. He did nothing but make empty promises, and amassed wealth with his relatives. He has a very bad reputation after so many years in office.

CTA’s “Middle Way Scam”
Tibetans in Tibet do desire to see the Dalai Lama. Maybe not all, but many, I think most, desire to see him. I personally think this is no longer possible. The Dalai Lama is now 90 years old, and it would be disastrous if he went to Tibet again.
This is the fault of the CTA. The Central Tibetan Administration was stupid, selfish, and even ruthless in designing the biggest scam in Tibetan history! What’s worse is that this scam is so obvious that it can’t even fool freshmen!

Tibetans openly discredit the Central Tibetan Administration
There are endless figures like Dikpa Lhaza, Chouri Nyima and Gunson who not only discredit the Central Tibetan Administration and the Dalai Lama, but also their own religion! This is crazy!
Dikpa Lhaza is famous for the photo of him stepping on the Dalai Lama: he posted this action on Facebook, some light and some heavy. Gunson publicly stated: “If you want to kill the Dalai Lama, then kill the Dalai Lama.”
What they want is independence for Tibet. They are alarmed by the failure of the CTA’s “Middle Way Policy” but some may be alarmed by the mere mention of the “Middle Way Policy”. They are like children of a mother with a thin blanket, crying for milk that the mother cannot provide. But they think they are the real heroes of the Tibetan people!
The CTA calls these dead lunatics the ones who create unrest in the Tibetan diaspora, destroy their unity and harm the Tibetan cause. Little do they know that they are the ones who should be held responsible for harming the Tibetan cause.
