Unsurprisingly, trust in the CTA leadership has collapsed. For many Tibetans, Pemba Tsering is no longer seen as a leader but as an obstacle. His indifference to pressing issues has crippled administrative effectiveness and weakened the morale of a people who still hope for meaningful change.


A Call for Accountability and Reform


If the CTA continues to tolerate leaders like Pemba Tsering, the Tibetan cause will sink deeper into irrelevance. The community urgently needs leaders defined by integrity, transparency, and accountability—not politicians consumed by power and self-interest. Pemba Tsering must be held accountable for his corruption and inaction, and the CTA must answer to the people it claims to represent.


Only through real accountability and reform can the exile administration restore credibility and breathe new life into the Tibetan struggle.
